Appointing Judge of Cook Islands Land Titles Court.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of January, 1912.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Cook Islands Government Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
CHARLES EDWARD MACCORMICK, Esquire,
to be a Judge of the Cook Islands Land Titles Court:
And in further pursuance of the like power and authority and with the like advice and consent, His Excellency the Governor doth hereby order and declare that the said appointment shall be held during pleasure, and shall take effect on and from the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Declaring Mangatera Village Settlement Roads, in Dannevirke County, to be County Roads.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that, on and after the date of this Order in Council, the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those roads in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Dannevirke County, known as the Mangatera Village Settlement Roads, adjoining Sections 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, and 86, Mangatera Village Settlement; as the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 30907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring certain Portions of Roads in the Ngatapa Settlement, Cook County, to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of January, 1912.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Cook County, Ngatapa Settlement, known as Wharekopae Road, commencing at its junction with the Patutahi Valley Road and extending first in a north-easterly direction for a distance of about 8 chains to its junction with the Ngatapa-Ormond Road; thence north-westerly through Section 4 and part Section 3, Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, to its junction with the Totangi Road; thence westerly through part of the said Section 3, along southern boundaries of Sections 12, 11, 10, and 13; thence south-westerly through and along south-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, to the northern boundary of Okahuatiu No. 1B Block; thence south-westerly about 20 chains through the said block to the crossing of a small stream: a total distance of about 1 mile 63 chains.
A further portion commencing at a point about 5 chains north-west of the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XIV, Waikohu Survey District, and extending in a north-westerly direction along the south-western boundary of the said Section 1 to a point about 4 chains east of the north-east boundary of Section 3 (stock reserve), Block XIV, Waikohu Survey District: a total distance of 63 chains.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district, county, and settlement known as the Taumatapoupou Road, commencing at its junction with the Wharekopae Road, and extending in a northerly direction generally along the western boundaries of Section 5 and part of Section 2, Block X, Waikohu Survey District, to the second crossing of the Taumatapoupou Stream, about 34 chains north of the south-west corner of Section 2, Block X, Waikohu Survey District: a total distance of 1 mile 25 chains.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district, county, and settlement known as the Ngatapa-Ormond Road, commencing at its junction with the Wharekopae Road, and extending in a north-easterly and easterly direction along the northern boundary of Section 5, Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, to the intersection with the northern boundary of Section 6, Block XV, Waikohu Survey District; thence along part of the northern boundary of the said Section 6 to the crossing of a small stream: a total distance of 70 chains.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district, county, and settlement known as Totangi Road, commencing at its junction with the Wharekopae Road, and extending in a north-westerly direction through Section 3, Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, to the southern boundary of Okahuatiu No. 1A Block; thence northerly through the said block to the southern boundary of Section 6; thence through Section 6 to the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block XI, Waikohu Survey District; thence along the western boundary of the said Section 3 to a point about 5 chains north of the south-eastern boundary of Section 4, Block XI, Waikohu Survey District: a total distance of 1 mile 36 chains.
A further portion commencing at the crossing of a small stream situated about 40 chains north of south-western corner of Section 2, Block XI, Waikohu Survey District, and extending in a north-westerly direction for about 18½ chains along the western boundary of the said Section 2: a total distance of 18½ chains.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district, county, and settlement known as the access road to Section 5, Block XI, Waikohu Survey District, commencing at its junction with the Wharekopae Road at the south-west corner of Section 10 (school-site), Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, and extending in a northerly direction to the southern boundary of Okahuatiu No. 1A Block; thence northerly through that block to the south-east boundary of Section 5, Block XI, Waikohu Survey District: a total distance of about 30 chains.
Also all that portion of road in the said land district, county, and settlement known as access road to Okahuatiu No. 1E Block, commencing at its junction with the Patutahi Valley Road, and extending in a north-easterly direction to its intersection with the Waikakariki Stream at the north-eastern corner of Okahuatiu No. 1E Block: a distance of 8½ chains.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31043, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.
