Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangorewa Kaharoa No. 6E Section 3 No. 2E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Awahou, on Friday, the 18th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“ (1.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land and grant of timber-cutting rights to Maurice Casey shall be agreed to.

“ (2.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land and grant of timber-cutting rights to Michael O’Connor shall be agreed to.

“ (3.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land and grant of timber-cutting rights to Edwin Mitchelson shall be agreed to.

“ (4.) That a proposed lease of part of the said land and grant of timber-cutting rights to James Joseph O’Brien shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paeroa East No. 4B No. 2E No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waiotapu, on Monday, the 21st day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of part of the said land to William George Butcher shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parawai No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, on Monday, the 14th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to the Auckland Rimu Timber Company shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana Parekarangi 3A3B3C3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, on Saturday, the 19th day of October, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Lionel Wilfrid Hughes shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaipu No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Masterton, on Wednesday, the 16th day of October, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land, containing 97 acres, be sold to Helen Sutherland at a price not less than £4 3s. per acre.”
