IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
ERNEST HERBERT WILMOT,
JOHN ANDREW MACPHERSON, and
GEORGE LIVINGSTONE
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in Otago District known as Sections 9 and 33, Block IV, Table Hill Survey District; Run 98, Waitaki County; Sections 9 and 10, Block VI, Waikouaiti Survey District; Section 69, Block IV, Table Hill Survey District; Runs 137, 137A, 137B, 137C, and 137D, Tuapeka County; part of Sections 2 and 3, Block XII, 11 and 12, Block IX, and 17, Block X, Teviot Survey District (otherwise Run 510); Sections 10, 12, and 13, Block I, Dunback Survey District; Sections 8 and 9, Block II, 1 to 6, Block VIII, Beaumont Survey District; and 74A and 75, Block III, Tuapeka West Survey District; as provided by section two hundred and twenty-five of the Land Act, 1908.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
HENRY DOUGLAS MORPETH HASZARD,
ANDREW CUMMING, and
MICHAEL POLLOCK
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in Westland Land District known as Runs Nos. 74 and 75, Haast River; 95, Axius River; 429, Greenstone; 476, Waiatoto River; 27, Cooks River; 36, Oinemaka River; 18, Karangarua River; and 19, Mahitahi River, as provided by section two hundred and twenty-five of the Land Act, 1908.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Land temporarily reserved as a Site for a Post-office in the Town of Manunui, Wellington Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as a site for a post-office.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, being Section 138, Town of Manunui. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 71, Town of Manunui, 485·5 links; towards the north-east by a road and river-bank reserve, 109·58 links; towards the south-east by Section 137 of said town, 440·7 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1911/1742, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written as sites for public schools.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section 9, Block XII, Retaruke Survey District. Bounded towards the west, north-west, and north generally by the Retaruke Valley Road; towards the south-east and south-west by Section 7, Block XII, Retaruke Survey District, 1117·9 links and 1197·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/937A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 10, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District. Bounded towards the south-west by Section 2 of said block, 415·6 links, 1381·1 links, and 50 links; towards the north generally by Section 10, Block IX, Kaitieke Survey District; and towards the east and south-east generally by the Kokako Road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/937B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
