Sitting of the Native Land Court at Opotiki.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, on the 4th day of October, 1912, to hear and determine the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board will be held at Auckland on Thursday, the 10th day of October, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

It is hereby notified, for the general information of parties, that, unless reason is shown to the contrary, the Board will dismiss, on the ground of non-prosecution, any of the applications hereinafter referred to as “Adjourned Applications” which are not brought on for consideration at the meeting.
