The Public Service Classification and Superannuation Act,
1908.—Election of a Member of the Board by Contributors in
Departments other than the Post and Telegraph Department
and the Police Department.

NOTICE is hereby given that, an extraordinary vacancy
having occurred by the resignation of a member of the
Board representing contributors in Departments other than
the Post and Telegraph Department and the Police Depart-
ment, an election will be held on Wednesday, the 13th day of
November, 1912, to fill the said vacancy.

(1.) Nominations will be closed on Wednesday, the 16th day
of October, 1912, at 5 o'clock p.m., and voting-lists will there-
fore be closed on that day (see Regulation 41).

(2.) The said election will be held on Wednesday, the 13th
day of November, 1912, at the Public Service Superannuation
Office, Government Buildings, Wellington.

(3.) The poll will be closed at 5 o'clock p.m.
