THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matata Lot 10 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, on Saturday, the 14th day of September, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That a proposed sale or, in the alternative, a proposed lease of the said land to Albert James Abbott shall be agreed to."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maunganui No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell, on Tuesday, the 17th day of September, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That the said land be sold to Charles Frederick Baker, of Russell, for the sum of 7s. 6d. per acre."

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moturua Island will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell, on Tuesday, the 17th day of September, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That portion of the said land, containing 100 acres, be leased to Lars Sorensen Hasbe, of Russell, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 2s. per acre per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rawhiti Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell, on Tuesday, the 17th day of September, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—

"1. That portion of the said land, containing 2,335 acres, be sold to Catherine Blomfield (wife of Edward Clare Blomfield), of Auckland, for the sum of 12s. 6d. per acre.

"2. That portion of the said land, containing 2,000 acres, be sold to Edward Clare Blomfield, of Auckland, for the sum of 12s. 6d. per acre."
