NOTICE is hereby given that the applications mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Appellate Court sitting at Christchurch on the 25th day of September, 1912, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Meeting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board.

Auckland, 23rd August, 1912.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board will be held at Auckland on Tuesday, the 10th day of September, 1912, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

It is hereby notified, for the general information of parties, that, unless reason is shown to the contrary, the Board will dismiss, on the ground of non-prosecution, any of the applications hereinafter referred to as “Adjourned Applications” which are not brought on for consideration at the meeting.
