IN accordance with the provisions of the Education Act, 1908, it is hereby notified that Messrs. WILLIAM LOCK, LOCKHART DOBBIE EASTON, and GEORGE BELL SHEPHERD have been re-elected members for the East, Middle, and West Wards respectively.

For the East Ward Mr. William Lock was returned unopposed.
