Tenders for Inland Mail-services for 1913, 1914, and 1915.

Wellington, 8th August, 1912.
SEALED TENDERS will be received at the several Chief Post-offices in the Dominion until Monday, the 16th September, 1912, for the conveyance of mails between the undermentioned places, for a period of THREE years, from the 1st January, 1913, to the 31st December, 1915.
POSTAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

Auckland Chief Post-office, Railway-station, and Wharves, as required.

Auckland, clearing receivers within a radius of four miles of Chief Post-office (divided into four areas) by horses and carts, thrice daily. (Alternative to No. 3.)

Auckland, clearing receivers within a radius of four miles of Chief Post-office by motor-cars, thrice daily. (Alternative to No. 2.)

Auckland, delivery of letter-carriers’ extra bags, as required; also delivery of parcels in the city and suburbs, twice daily in city, daily in suburbs.

Auckland landing service (landing and shipping mails to and from vessels in stream), as required. [NOTE.—Mails to be landed from San Francisco or Vancouver mail-steamers by ferry-boat, when necessary. Steamer or launch to be used and tonnage of boat quoted in tender.]

Auckland, Bayswater, and Takapuna, daily to Bayswater; twice daily to Takapuna.

Aukopae, Roto, and Tokirima, twice weekly.

Avondale, Titirangi, Brooklyn, and Huia, weekly.
