REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Papa Lot 110B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of September, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to George Maxwell shall be agreed to.”

Dated at Rotorua, this 26th day of July, 1912.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Papa Lot 110A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of September, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to George Maxwell shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuararangaia No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ruatoki, on Tuesday, the 27th day of August, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a portion to the south end of the block, containing 1,000 acres, be ceded to the Crown, to be set aside as a permanent endowment for Native schools or Native colleges.”
