Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumataomanu No. 2A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa, on Saturday, the 24th day of August, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That half the said block be leased to Mere Katene Heihi and half the said block be leased to Henare Pereto for twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the Government capital value, and with the right to a renewal to a further term of twenty-one years, and with the right to compensation for improvements.”

“That a lease of the said land be granted to Nepia Mahuika for a term of twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the Government capital value, and with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years, and with the right to compensation for improvements.”
