NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership existing between W. J. ELLISON and G. W. PHILLIPS, trading under the name of “Taylor and Co.,” as Booksellers, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts and liabilities of the late firm will be discharged by Mr. W. J. ELLISON.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by ROBERT LOOSEMORE LIMBRICK and ERNEST BALFOUR, under the firm of “Oates and Co.,” at Napier, in the trade or business of Cycle and Motor Agents, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the shareholders of BALLINGER BROTHERS (LIMITED), held in Hastings on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 1912, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :—
“That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
At the same meeting Mr. GORDON STEPHENS, of Hastings, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned; ALFRED WALKER and MONTAGUE WILLIAM MARRIAGE, in the business of General Ironfounders and Makers of Copper Furnaces, carried on by us at Dunedin under the style or firm of “Newberry, Walker, and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of July, 1912, and the business will henceforth be carried on by NEWBERRY, WALKER (LIMITED), which company will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities from the 10th day of July, 1912, and receive all moneys payable to the said late firm.
