Land taken for Sanitary Purposes in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for sanitary purposes in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District:
And whereas the Te Kuiti Borough Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary purposes, and shall vest in the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Kuiti as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners, lessee, and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Masterton County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Puketoi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waimea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Wakapuaka and Maungatapu Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
