REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa North B No. 10 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Maketu, on Saturday, the 6th day of July, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That a proposed lease of the said land to Samuel Pemberton shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manukau G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Awanui, on Friday, the 12th day of July, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Fergus Gale Dunlop and others, of Auckland, at a price of 12s. 6d. per acre.”
