NOTICE is hereby given that an application to extend the industrial agreement, dated __, between __ and __, to all employers in the above-named industrial district who are now or may at any time hereafter be engaged in the industry to which the said agreement relates has been made by one of the parties thereto [or by one of the persons bound thereby], on the ground that the said agreement is binding on the employers who employ a majority of workers in the said industrial district in the industry to which that agreement relates.
