Meeting of the General Assembly for the Despatch of Business.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

To the LEGISLATIVE COUNCILLORS of the Dominion of NEW ZEALAND and the MEMBERS elected to serve in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES of the said Dominion, summoned and called to a Meeting of the General Assembly of the said Dominion, at the City of Wellington, on the twenty-seventh day of the month of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, to have been commenced and held, and to every of you: GREETING.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Meeting of the General Assembly of New Zealand stands prorogued to Thursday, the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve: Now know ye that you, and each of you, and all others in this behalf interested, are hereby commanded and by the tenor of these presents enjoined to be and appear personally for the DESPATCH OF BUSINESS on that date, to wit, Thursday, the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, at half past two o'clock in the afternoon, in the Parliament Houses, situate in Bowen Street, in the City of Wellington, there to take into consideration the state and welfare of the Dominion of New Zealand, and therein to do as may seem necessary.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
