LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 46, folio 133, for Lot 11, Plan 247, part of Rural Section 180, District of Christchurch, whereof ROBERT GIBSON, of Papanui, Contractor, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

MINING NOTICES.

THE KAPANGA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Kapanga Gold-mining Company (Limited) duly convened and held at No. 108 Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on the 21st day of December, 1911, the subjoined resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 15th day of January, 1912, the subjoined resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :-

"That it is expedient to reconstruct the company upon the lines of the scheme hereinafter mentioned, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that HENRY GILFILLAN, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding-up."

NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders in the Paracale Eldorado Mining Company (Limited), (in liquidation), will be held in John B.
