MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, THOMAS NOEL USHER, L.R.C.P.&S., E., L.F.P.S., G., now residing at Nelson, hereby give notice that I intend applying, on the 25th June next, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualifications in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Nelson.

A GENERAL meeting of the Coulthard Timber Company (Limited) will be held at the office of the company, Garlick’s Buildings, 34 Fort Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 27th day of June, 1912, at 2.30 p.m. in the afternoon, when a final report and statement of accounts of the company will be submitted by the Liquidators.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to A. M. PICKFORD, Accountant, of Auckland, the Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from participating in the distribution of any dividend and their debts and claims not recognized, unless sufficient cause can be shown why particulars of same were not sent in within the time fixed by this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JAMES GLENN and WILLIAM GRAHAM, carrying on business as Fishmongers, at Gore, under the style of “Glenn and Graham,” has been dissolved as from the date hereof so far as concerns the said WILLIAM GRAHAM, who retires from the said firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business under the style of “Howden and Moncrieff,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twelve. Mr. JOHN MONCRIEFF retires from the firm, and the business will be carried on by Mr. GEORGE HOWDEN, who will receive all debts owing to and will pay all accounts owing by the late firm of HOWDEN and MONCRIEFF.

THE OTAGO CO-OPERATIVE FAT AND TALLOW COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at Joel’s Buildings, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, the following special resolution was passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company held at the same place on the thirtieth day of May the said resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—
That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that SAMUEL PHILIP MIRAMS, of Dunedin, secretary of the company, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, with power to enter into the proposed arrangement for the transfer of the business of the company.

PRIVATE ESTATE BILL.
In the matter of the Legislature Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Tatum Trust Revocation Act, 1912, being a proposed private estates Bill intituled “An Act to revoke the Trusts of a Deed of Marriage Settlement made upon the Marriage of one Charles Thomas Tatum with Alice Elizabeth Nevin and to vest in the said Alice Elizabeth Tatum (formerly Nevin) the Properties subject to the Trusts of the said Deed.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, ALICE ELIZABETH TATUM, wife of Charles Thomas Tatum, of Manakau, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Settler, and the said CHARLES THOMAS TATUM intend to apply by petition to the General Assembly of New Zealand at its next session for the passing of a private estate Bill to be called “The Tatum Trust Revocation Act, 1912.” The objects of the said Bill are to revoke the trusts of a deed of marriage settlement dated the 8th day of March, 1881, made in contemplation of the marriage then about to be solemnized between the said CHARLES THOMAS TATUM and ALICE ELIZABETH TATUM (then Alice Elizabeth Nevin), and to cause the properties which are subject to the trusts of the said deed of marriage settlement to be vested in the said ALICE ELIZABETH TATUM freed and discharged from all and singular the trusts of the said deed of marriage settlement.
A copy of the said petition and copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders either before or within fourteen days after the commencement of the said session.
