The Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks Act, 1911.

Patent Office Journal.

ALL notices under this Act, commencing on the 1st July
next, will be inserted in a special publication entitled
the Patent Office Journal, to be issued fortnightly, and not
in the Patents Supplement to the Gazette, which will be dis-
continued.

The Journal will be obtainable from the Government
Printer, Wellington, on payment of 6d. a copy (posted, 6½d.),
or an annual subscription of 10s. 6d., including postage.

Specification open to Public Inspection before Acceptance.

(In accordance with the arrangements made between
Australia and New Zealand.)

[The specification may be inspected at the Patent Office,
Wellington, on payment of a search fee of 1s. per hour.]
