Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks VIII and X, Tuapeka West Survey District, Tuapeka County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner, lessee, and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Tuapeka County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Tuapeka West Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Proclaiming a Road-line in Blocks II and III, Awakino East Survey District, Awakino County, as a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the road-line described in the Schedule hereto has been laid out by the Native Land Court in terms of subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Native Land Act, 1909:

And whereas it is considered expedient to proclaim the road-line so laid out as a public road:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and seventeen of the Native Land Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim the said road-line as a public road; and I do also declare that the same shall, on and after the date of this Proclamation, vest in the Crown as a public road accordingly.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Blocks X and XI, Waitoa Survey District:

And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road.
