Closing Part of Sydney Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection six of section eighty-six of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1910, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby close the portions of the street known as Sydney Street, in the City of Wellington, as they are respectively described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Sydney Street, situated in the City of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 13·44 perches, more or less, and commencing at its junction with Molesworth and Charlotte Streets, as widened and now in use, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 778·09 links, more or less.
Also all that portion of Sydney Street, situated in the City of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 3·12 perches, more or less, and commencing at a point on the northern boundary of Sydney Street 905·92 links west of the western boundary of Molesworth Street, as widened and now in use, and bounded by a line proceeding thence in an easterly direction bearing 92° 3′ 24″ for a distance of 109·13 links, thence in a southerly direction bearing 180° 51′ 20″ for a distance of 61·37 links, thence in a north-westerly direction by the convex of a circular curve of a radius of 130 links for a distance of 131·89 links to the place of commencement.
All in the Wellington Land District; as the said portions of Sydney Street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27960, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green, and being portions of that part of Sydney Street delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27704, deposited as aforesaid, and thereon bordered by a dotted line in green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Upper Hutt Town Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Rimutaka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
