NOTICE is hereby given that the Huddart, Parker, and Company Proprietary (Limited) has sold its business and assets to Huddart-Parker (Limited), and therefore the old company will cease to do business in New Zealand on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

With reference to the above notice, a new company called “Huddart-Parker (Limited)” has been incorporated, and will take over all the assets and liabilities of the old company of Huddart, Parker, and Company Proprietary (Limited). The new company proposes to carry on business in the Dominion of New Zealand at the following places: Wellington—3 Queen’s Chambers, Jervois Quay; Auckland—Customhouse Street; Christchurch—c/o Kinsey and Co.; Dunedin—c/o Neill and Co. (Limited); Invercargill—c/o J. G. Ward and Co. (Limited); Gisborne—c/o Dalgety and Co. (Limited); Napier—c/o C. H. Cranby and Co.

WAIHI GRAND JUNCTION GOLD COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the office or place of business of the said company for all purposes except the keeping of the Share Register is removed to the office of the company at Waihi. The Share Register will continue to be kept as heretofore at the office of the Talisman Consolidated, corner of Queen and Swanson Streets, Auckland.

THE HALLOYSITE SUPPLY COMPANY (LIMITED)
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at the company’s office, Hastings, on Wednesday, 7th February, 1912, at 2.30 p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed; and at a second extraordinary meeting duly convened and held at the same place on Tuesday, 5th March, 1912, at 11 a.m., was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz. :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And notice is also hereby given that at the extraordinary general meeting held on Wednesday, the 7th day of February, 1912, as intimated above, the following extraordinary resolution was passed, viz. :—
“That William McCulloch, Accountant, of Hastings, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, at a fee not to exceed fifty guineas.”
