REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharekawa 5s South No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa, on Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 1912, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to Stanley Chambers for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maukoro Reserve B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa, on Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 1912, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to Joseph William Hedley for the sum of £2 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whatitokarua D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa, on Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 1912, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to William Grubb for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, shall be accepted.”
