Opening Town Lands in Westland Land District for Selection
on Renewable Lease.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, John
Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that
the town lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be
open for selection on renewable lease on Tuesday, the
fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
twelve, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule;
and I do also declare that the said lands shall be leased
under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Runanga Township is situated adjacent to the State Coal-mine, four miles from Greymouth, with which it is connected by railway. The whole of the streets in the township have been formed and gravelled.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-ninth day of February, one thousand
nine hundred and twelve.

Opening Settlement Land in Auckland Land District
for Selection.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the Land
for Settlements Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement land de-scribed in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection
on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-second day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, at the rental
mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare
that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the
provisions of the said Acts.

to be an Inspector of Weights and Measures, under the Weights and Measures Act, 1908, for the Counties of Geraldine, Levels, and Mackenzie, and the Boroughs of Geraldine, Temuka, and Timaru, vice Constable Donald Archibald MacLean.
