NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between FREDERICK CHARLES HARTSHORN and RICHARD WOOD HALSE, carrying on business at Hastings as Commission Agents under the name and style of “Hartshorn and Halse,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 12th day of December, 1911.
The business in future will be carried on by the said RICHARD WOOD HALSE, who will receive all debts due to and who will pay all liabilities owing by the late firm.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
To take lands in Blocks two (2) and six (VI), Tuturau Survey District, for the purposes of the Mataura Borough Water-supply.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of water-supply works in Blocks two (2) and six (VI), Tuturau Survey District—and for the purposes of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Fern-dale, and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Mataura Borough Council at Mataura.

All those parcels of land, containing in the aggregate four (4) acres one (1) rood four poles and four-tenths (4·4) of a pole, more or less, being those parts of Sections twenty-nine (29) and thirty (30), Block two (2), and Sec-
tions seventy-four (74) and seventy-six (76), Block six (VI), of the Tuturau Survey District; all in the South-land Land District, more particularly shown on the said plan, and therein coloured pink.
As witness the seal of the Mataura Borough Council, this thirteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
