A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Wingatui, in addition to land previously acquired, for the purposes of a road in connection with the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

THE parcel of land mentioned hereunder :—

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 19118, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Otamatea Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
