whereof, marked “A” and “B” respectively, are deposited at the Town Clerk’s office, situate at the Taumarunui Borough Council Chambers, Hakiaha Street, Taumarunui, and are open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours—viz., 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except on Saturdays, when the office will be closed as from noon.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to such works or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the said Taumarunui Borough Council, addressed to the Town Clerk, at the office of the said Borough Council, situate as aforesaid.
First Schedule.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 34 acres 2 roods 8 perches, be the same a little more or less, being the block numbered eighteen (XVIII) on the public map of the Township of Taumarunui, situate within the said borough; as the same is more particularly delineated in the said plan marked “A,” and therein outlined red.
Second Schedule.
All those pieces or parcels of land, containing 2 roods, be the same a little more or less, being the allotments numbered three (3) and five (5) of the block numbered six (VI) on the public map of the Township of Taumarunui, situate within the said borough; as the same is more particularly delineated in the said plan marked “B,” and therein coloured red.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business as Carriers hitherto carried on by JOHN O’BRIEN and ANTHONY FAY, under the style or firm of “J. O’Brien and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of July, 1911.
The business will in future be carried on under the same style by JOHN O’BRIEN, by whom all debts owing by the late firm will be discharged, and to whom all moneys owing to the late firm must be paid.
