NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, JOHN KENNETH McLEOD, WILLIAM THOMAS FRASER McLEOD, and DUNCAN FRASER McLEOD, carrying on business as Farmers at Waimatuku under the style or firm of “McLeod Bros.,” has been dissolved from the date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by JOHN KENNETH McLEOD and WILLIAM THOMAS FRASER McLEOD, who will continue to carry on the said business.

HAWERA COUNTY COUNCIL.
THE MOTOR REGULATION ACT, 1908.
THE Council of the County of Hawera hereby gives notice that at a meeting of the Council held on Saturday, the 9th December, 1911, the said Council resolved that Part II of the above Act should be brought into operation within the said county on the 4th January, 1912.

MOTOR REGISTRATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Council held on the 20th day of September, 1911, the following resolution was passed :—
“That, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, Part II, and amendments, and all other Acts and powers whatsoever in it in this behalf enabling, the Council of the County of Eltham doth hereby make and ordain: That Part II, Motor Regulation Act, 1908, be brought into operation within the County of Eltham on and after 1st February, 1912, and that in compliance therewith all motors shall be registered as provided by the said Act.”

THE TE RAU-A-MOA CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held at the company’s registered office at Te Rau-a-Moa on the 9th day of December, 1911, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 23rd day of December, 1911, viz. :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that THOMAS GEORGE HOSKING, of Otorohanga, Solicitor, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator.”
