Minister's Decisions under Customs Duties Act.

Department of Trade and Customs, Wellington, 9th January, 1912.

IT is hereby notified for public information that the Hon. the Minister of Customs has decided to interpret the Customs Duties Act in relation to the undermentioned articles as follows:—

NOTE.—“Not otherwise enumerated” appears as n.o.e.; “other kinds” as o.k.; “articles and materials suited only for, and to be used solely in, the fabrication of goods in the Dominion” as a. & m.s. Articles marked thus † are revised decisions.

11/2006 Bricks, asbestos, for retort-packing in gas-works As n.o.e. (483) .. .. Free.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Kaipara Union Amateur Boating Club is no longer carrying on its operations, and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Dated at Wellington, this 21st day of December, 1911.
