Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road in Block I, Tuhingamata West, and Block IV, Marotiri Survey Districts, East Taupo County.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of the Public Works Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 27th day of May, 1909.
