District, Stratford and Clifton Counties.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder
Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner and lessees and mortgagee of the land
adjoining the road described in the Schedule hereto, and of
the Stratford and Clifton County Councils, being the local
authorities in whose districts the said road is situated,
proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule
hereto, which is not required by reason of road taken by a
Proclamation published in Gazette No. 2, page 12, of the
eleventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
twelve.

Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the lessee and mortgagee of the Crown land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Takaka County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the
said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in To-
taranui Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as afore-
said, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road described in the First Schedule hereto.
