Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tahora No. 2a D, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ruatoki, on Saturday, the 16th day of December, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That a proposed sale of part of the said land to John Dillicar shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 13A, Block IV, Ruataniwha Survey District (Tikokino), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 13th day of December, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to John Morrison at a price not less than five pounds (£5) per acre.”

Dated at Wellington, this 22nd day of November, 1911.

“That the said land be sold to Charles Waldron at a price not less than five pounds (£5) per acre.”
