APPLICATIONS TO SUMMON MEETINGS OF OWNERS UNDER PART XVIII OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909.

Lease to John Richmond Hale, of Tokomaru Bay, Contractor, for the term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government capital value of the said land, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years, at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value of the land.

25 T. 1911/342 Nuhaka 2B No. 2A (1,737 acres) .. Lease to James Wilson, of Waingake, farmer, for twenty-one years, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per cent. on Government valuation. Lease to contain usual covenants.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Aotea District Maori Land Board to be held at Wanganui, on Friday, the 8th day of December, 1911, at 10.30 a.m.
