NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned, JENS JENSEN, JOHN NORMAN ARNDT PEDERSEN, and ROBERT DICKSON, in the business of sawmillers, carried on by us at Raetihi, under the style or firm of “Jensen and Company,” has been dissolved as regards the said JENS JENSEN as from the 1st day of September, 1911; and that the said business will in future be carried on in partnership by the said JOHN NORMAN ARNDT PEDERSEN and ROBERT DICKSON, who will discharge all the liabilities of the old firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between PETER URLICH and GEORGE STEVE URLICH, carrying on business at Kaiwaka, in the Provincial District of Auckland, as Storekeepers, has been dissolved as from the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to notice dated the 28th day of September, 1911, under my hand, the following persons, being eligible, were respectively nominated as candidates for election to represent the respective districts hereinafter mentioned as members of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand; and the number of nominations not exceeding the number of vacancies to be filled in the case of each respective district, the said persons are hereby declared to have been duly elected members of the said Board, to hold office as from the 1st day of January, 1912.

LOUGHNAN AND JACOBS, Solicitors, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, on Friday, the 1st day of December, 1911, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed.

NOTICE is hereby given that the business of Sawmillers and Timber-merchants hitherto existing between the undersigned has been dissolved as from the date hereof. The business shall, as from this date, be carried on by Mr. JOHN WILKINSON, who shall receive all accounts due to the said firm of McKinstry and Wilkinson, and pay all liabilities of the said firm.

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL.

REGISTRATION OF MOTORS.

PURSUANT to the provisions of Part II of the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that this Council did, by resolution passed at a special meeting of the Council held on the 30th October, 1911, decide that Part II of the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, shall be brought into operation in the County of Cook on the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

It is proposed to charge a registration fee of ten shillings upon all motor carriages having four wheels, and a fee of five shillings upon motors have less than four wheels.
