Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 6c Block (341 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 1911, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said block of land be sold to Agnes O’Neil, of Palmerston North, for the sum of £515.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oruamatua-Kaimanawa will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taihape, on Wednesday, the 6th day of December, 1911, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be vested in the Board, under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909, for the purposes of sale.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Oahurangi Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 1911, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said block of land be sold to Agnes O’Neil, of Palmerston North, spinster, at the present Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Parapara 2b2 I Block (78 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Thomas O’Neil, of Wanganui, for the sum of £258.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 1r will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to Nora Josephine Craig for £480.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangaohane No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 4th day of December, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the balance of the block known as Mangaohane No. 1a, containing about 120 acres, be leased to Frederick Geo. Williams, of Mataroa, Farmer, for a term of eleven years, at a yearly rental of 6s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumatamahoe 2b2b No. 14 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the owners of the land known as Taumatamahoe 2b2b No. 14 agree to lease such land to John William Ashwell and James William Clark for a term of forty-two years from the 1st day of October, 1911, at an annual rental for the first twenty-one years of the term for a sum of £125 16s. per annum, and for the second twenty-one years of the term for a sum equivalent to £5 per cent. on the unimproved value of the land at the end of the first period of twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 2b (56 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the above land be sold to Nora Josephine Craig for £42.”
