REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Friday, the 1st day of December, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to R. H. Blennerhasset for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

Dated at Auckland, this 13th day of November, 1911.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 6A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Friday, the 1st day of December, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to R. H. Blennerhasset for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

Dated at Auckland, this 13th day of November, 1911.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima South A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Friday, the 1st day of December, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—

“ 1. That the said land be sold to Annie NicholSen, wife of Oliver NicholSen, of Auckland, for the sum of £1 2s. per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to the said applicant for a term of fifty years, at a rental of 5 per centum on the Government valuation for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per centum on the then unimproved value for the remaining twenty-five years, and
