THE NEW ZEALAND TRUST AND LOAN COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION).

THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 4th day of April, 1911, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, LIONEL JOHN WILLIAM FLETCHER, of 9 King William Street, London E.C., the Liquidator of the company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

PAEROA BREWERY COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company was held at the office of Mr. M. G. McGregor, Solicitor, Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 26th day of January, 1911, at 12 noon, when the following extraordinary resolution was duly proposed and carried:—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”

The meeting thereupon appointed Mr. A. E. WARNOCK, of Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, Liquidator to wind up the company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, CHARLES HARRY PLANT, JAMES SWINDELLS WILDE, THOMAS MAY, and ALBERT VICTOR MAY, carrying on business as Hat-manufacturers at 790 Great King Street, Dunedin, under the style or firm of “The Union Felt Hat Manufacturing Company,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, so far as concerns the said Thomas May and Albert Victor May, who retire from the firm.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said CHARLES HARRY PLANT and JAMES SWINDELLS WILDE, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership at the same address under the style or firm of “The Union Felt Hat Manufacturing Company.”
