NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Land Act, 1908, and the State Forests Act, 1908, and regulations thereunder, that written tenders will be received at
the District Lands Office, Auckland, from the proprietors of existing sawmills and logging contractors, up till 12 o'clock noon on Monday, 27th November, 1911, for the
purchase of the kauri and other milling-timbers standing on the undermentioned lots.
