THE EDUCATION AMENDMENT ACT, 1910, SECTION 11, SUBSECTION (10).

WHEREAS James M. Fargie is at present an inmate of the Special School for Boys, Ōtakaike, a special school within the meaning of section 11 of the Education Amendment Act, 1910: And whereas such inmate is entitled to certain moneys: And whereas it appears expedient to issue the directions hereinafter set forth:
Now, I, Thomas Mackenzie, Acting Minister of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11, subsection (10), of the Education Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby direct the Public Trustee to take possession of all such moneys and apply the same for the benefit of such inmate, in accordance with the provisions of the last-mentioned Act.
