NOTICE is hereby given that, the leases of the undermentioned lands having been forfeited or surrendered thereof accepted by resolution of the Westland Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

Land in Wellington Land District for Disposal under Section 128 of the Land Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of the Land Act, 1908, that Section 23, Block II, Maungakaretu Survey District, Wellington Land District, containing 25 acres, will be disposed of, under section 128 of the said Act, to the holder of adjoining land, on or after Thursday, the 18th day of January, 1912.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned pastoral run will be offered for license by public auction at this office at 11 o’clock a.m. on Friday, the 27th day of October, 1911, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Run No. 539 (Class B), Lords River District, Stewart Island County: Area, 450 acres; term, twenty-one years; upset annual rental, £3.

Possession will be given on day of sale.

Description.

The land is covered with scrub and stunted bush, and is almost surrounded by water, therefore very little fencing required. Situated at Port Adventure, about eighteen miles by sea from Half-moon Bay.
