In the Land District of Canterbury; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 30486, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block I, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County, for the Purposes of a Radio-telegraph Station.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a radio-telegraph station in Block I, Takahue Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Kaitaia, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block X, Waipakura Survey District, for the Preservation of Scenery.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the preservation of scenery. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Makirikiri, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road in Block V, Waoku Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of the Public Works Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 15th day of January, 1910, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 18th day of December, 1909.

Notice of the Taking of a Road in Block XII, Mohaka Survey District, Wairoa County.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 213 of the Land Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 9th day of September, 1911, duly taken through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 28th day of August, 1911.
