In the matter of the land known as Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 4c No. 5A; and in the matter of an application by Hokinga te Whena, under section 39 of the Native Land Court Act, 1894, for amendment of the order appointing successors to the interest of Hingaia, deceased (which was pending at the commencement of the Native Land Act, 1909).

WHEREAS the above application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me by section 39 aforesaid and section 433 of the Native Land Act, 1909, I hereby order that the said application be and the same is hereby dismissed.
