Sitting of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board at Rotorua.
Waiariki Maori Land Board Office, Rotorua, 29th September, 1911.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board will be held at Rotorua on the 17th day of October, 1911, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by me, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 4B No. 3 (382 acres 1 rood 12 perches) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1911, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
"That the said block of land be sold to Richard Baddeley, of Kakatihi, farmer, for the sum of £1 17s. per acre."

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Puru No. 1 Block (57 acres 3 roods) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 25th day of October, 1911, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
"That a sale of the Te Puru No. 1 Block to Emma Glasgow, of Turakina, at the price of £1,029, be agreed to."

"That a sale of the Te Karetu No. 3A Block to Emma Glasgow, of Turakina, at the price of £97, be agreed to."
