Revoking Order in Council licensing Joseph Edwin Shaver
to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Doubtless
Bay as a Site for a Shed.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth
day of September, 1911.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the seven-
teenth day of February, one thousand nine hun-
dred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 14, of the eighteenth day of the same month, a
license was granted to Joseph Edwin Shaver to use and
occupy a portion of the foreshore and land below low-water
mark in Doubtless Bay, in order to construct and main-
tain thereon a shed in the position shown on plan marked
M.D. 2702, deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment, at Wellington, and upon and subject to the terms
and conditions therein set forth :
And whereas the said Joseph Edwin Shaver has asked
that the said license to him should be revoked, and it is
desirable that this should be done :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, and in exercise of all the powers enabling him in
that behalf, doth hereby revoke and determine the said
recited Order in Council of the seventeenth day of Feb-
ruary, one thousand nine hundred and four, and the rights
and privileges thereby conferred.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought
under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth
day of September, 1911.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Execu-
tive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and
declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson
Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same is hereby brought under the operation of
and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of
the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known
as Waiuta Domain, and be managed, administered, and
dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
WAIUTA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by
admeasurement 7 acres and 5 perches, more or less, being
Section 87, Township of Blackwater. Bounded towards
the north-east by Craighead Street, 1000 links; towards
the south-east by a street forming the north-western
boundary of Section 86 of said township, 878·6 links; to-
wards the south-west by a road, 685·3 links and 363·7 links;
and towards the north-west by a line parallel to the south-
east boundary, 578·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. 1192/13, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Act, 1908.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me

towards the north by Section No. 11 in the said block, 998
links; towards the east by Kendal Street, 1160·5 links; towards
the south by Section No. 7 in the said block, 998 links; and
towards the west by Section No. 9 in the said block, 1160·5
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same
is delineated on the plan marked L. 1167/4, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
Also all that area in the Southland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more
or less, being part of Section No. 11, Block VII, Town
of Otatau. Bounded towards the north-east by Hulme
Street, 1121 links; towards the south by Section No. 8,
998 links; and towards the west by Section No. 10,
510·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as
the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1167/16,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Regulations and Charges for Transmission of Wireless
Telegrams.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth
day of September, 1911.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by section one hundred and forty-nine of the Post
and Telegraph Act, 1908, as applied by section one hundred
and sixty-three thereof to communications by wireless tele-
graphy, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
make the following regulations with respect to the trans-
mission of messages by wireless telegraphy, and doth pre-
scribe the fees and charges set forth in those regulations.
REGULATIONS.
In these regulations the expression “radio-telegrams”
means telegrams transmitted or received by wireless tele-
graphy.
The regulations governing the acceptance and transmission
of inland and cable telegrams shall apply to radio-telegrams,
which shall be accepted at any telegraph-office for trans-
mission to any ship equipped with the necessary apparatus,
subject to the following exceptions:—
TELEGRAMS NOT ADMITTED.
Collect telegrams.
Telegrams with prepaid replies.
Telegrams repeated at the request of the sender to insure
accuracy.
