Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Pukerau Domain.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of September, 1911.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such Domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the thirty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the second day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, certain powers were delegated to the Pukerau Domain Board, no period being specified:
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the period for which the said Board shall hold office will expire on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the Pukerau Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

RICHARD EDWARDS,
PETER O’HAGAN, and
FREDERICK FERDINAND TRAPSKI,
as from the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, to be the Pukerau Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Pukerau as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PUKERAU DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block V, Town of Pukerau. Bounded towards the north-east by Middle Street, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 7 in the said block, 400 links; towards the south-west by Sections 24 and 23 in the said block, 1000 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 12 in the said block, 400 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1474, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of September, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than an alienation in favour of the Crown.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Mangaone Survey District, in the Land District of Wellington, containing 240 acres, more or less, and being the land known as Mangatainoka J No. 4B.

Wanganui appointed a Port of Shipment for Dairy-produce, and a Store appointed under the Dairy Industry Act, 1908.—Notice No. 1530.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of September, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section twenty, paragraphs (a) and (b), of the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Port of Wanganui to be a port at which dairy-produce may lawfully be exported from the Dominion, and doth hereby appoint the buildings in the occupation of the Wanganui Meat-freezing Company (Limited), at Castlecliff, Wanganui, to be a store for the storage, cooling, or freezing of dairy-produce; and it is hereby declared that this Order in Council shall come into force from and after the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land temporarily reserved as an Endowment for Primary Education in the Auckland Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as an endowment for primary education.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 206 acres and 25 perches, more or less, being Section No. 2A, Block IX, Puniu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Kakepuku No. 11C 2A, Kakepuku No. 11C 2D, and Kakepuku No. 11C 2E Blocks, 7412·2 links; towards the south-east by Kakepuku No. 11C 2E Block aforesaid and the abutment of a public road 100 links wide, 2805 links; towards the south-west and west by Section 1A, Block IX, Puniu Survey District, 5093·3, 1255, 425, and 1530·5 links; and towards the north-west by Kakepuku No. 11B Block, 1518 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1911/1211, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.
