PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1908, the undersigned, Richard E. Bennetts (executor of the will of Richard Bennetts), Henry A. Tamblyn, John Tamblyn, Richard Tamblyn, William Tamblyn, and Ellen Tamblyn (executors of the will of Joseph Tamblyn), Henry Bloxham, Henry Veale, and Jabez Burton (executors of the will of John Tamblyn), and Suvinia Ann Uren (transferee of James Tamblyn), hereby apply for a license for alteration of course of a water-race, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Precise time of marking out privilege applied for: 10 a.m., 14/8/11.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Zealandia Gold-saving Process (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company duly convened and held at the office of the company, 5 Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 29th day of August, 1911, at 8 o’clock in the evening, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, JAMES GUYTON and GEORGE EDWARD AYERS, trading at the Anderson’s Bay Quarry Brickyard, near Dunedin, as Brickmakers, under the firm-name of “Guyton and Ayres,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 29th day of August, 1911. The business will in future be carried on by the said JAMES GUYTON alone, and all accounts due to or by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by him.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on by JOSEPH WILFRED SENIOR and EDMUND SAMUEL SENIOR, under the style of “Senior Bros.,” at Seaton, Moutere, in the business of Farmers and Flax-millers, was dissolved by mutual consent as from the 6th day of June, 1911.
