Lands proclaimed as a Road in Blocks XIV, Matakaoa Survey District, and II, III, and IV, Mangaoporo Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner, lessees, and mortgagees of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waiapu County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Matakaoa and Mangaoporo Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this first day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
ERRATA.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation “Stopping a Government Road in Block X, Totoro Survey District, Waitomo County,” published in Gazette No. 67, page 2555, of 17th August, 1911, for “Auckland” read “Taranaki.”
In the Warrant, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70, of the 31st August, 1911, permanently reserving lands for various public purposes, for “Whangamoa Survey District” read “Wangamoa Survey District.”
In Notice to Mariners No. 104 of the 29th August, 1911, published on page 2678 of the New Zealand Gazette No. 70, of the 31st August, 1911, after the word “Shoal,” in the second line of the heading, substitute “Buoy” for “Beacon.”
