Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaha No. 2c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Muriwai, on Friday, the 6th day of October, 1911, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
"That a lease of the whole of the above block, comprising an area of 477 acres, be granted to Tom Gibson, of Te Arai, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government valuation. Lease to contain the usual covenants, with right to a renewal, and no compensation for improvements."
Dated at Gisborne, this 21st day of August, 1911.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matata Lot 21 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata, on Monday, the 18th day of September, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
"(1.) That the said land, or part thereof, be leased to Amy Elizabeth Moss; or, in the alternative
"(2.) That the said land, or part thereof, be sold to Amy Elizabeth Moss."

REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangorewa Kaharoa No. 9 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
"That a proposed lease of the said land to James Runciman, Sydney Benjamin Hawkins Runciman, and Herbert Reginald Wathen, with a right to cut timber, shall be agreed to."

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau No. 2f Block to be held in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa, on Friday, the 15th day of September, 1911, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, is hereby adjourned until Friday, the 27th October, 1911, at the same time and place.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto will be offered for lease by public auction, at the Native Office, Wanganui, at 2 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, 27th September, 1911, on the terms and conditions set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
