Notice of Hearing of Applications under Section 50 of the Native Land Act, 1909.

Native Land Court Office, Wellington, 30th August, 1911.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications under section 50 of the Native Land Act, 1909, particulars of which are more particularly set forth in the Schedule hereto, will be heard and determined by the Chief Judge at Hastings, on the 12th day of September, 1911, or as soon thereafter as may be convenient. All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

Meeting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board.

Auckland, 26th August, 1911.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board will be held at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 12th day of September, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it. It is hereby notified, for the general information of parties, that, unless reason is shown to the contrary, the Board will dismiss, on the ground of non-prosecution, any of the applications hereinafter referred to as “Adjourned Applications” which are not brought on for consideration at the meeting.
