Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the
owners of Haehaenga No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua,
on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 1911, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the follow-
ing proposed resolution :—

"That a proposed sale of part of the said land to Isa-
bella Young Grieve shall be agreed to."

Saturday, the 9th day of September, 1911, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the follow-
ing proposed resolution :—

"That a proposed sale of the said land, or part thereof,
to the Crown shall be agreed to."

resolution :—

"That a proposed lease of the said land to Hori Niheta
Kaipara and Te Rakau Urupeni shall be agreed to."

to the Crown shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed lease of part of the said land to James
Alfred Lever shall be agreed to."

suance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Ruatoki, on Wednesday, the 13th day of September, 1911,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of consider-
ing the following proposed resolution :—

"That a proposed sale of the said land to Frederick
Ansel Tiffen and Edith Althea Bernice Tiffen shall be
agreed to."
